Manual Lymphatic Drainage for wellbeing (women only)
A very light hands-on massage technique which encourages lymph flow towards the nearest nodes, thus stimulating the lymphatic system to become more productive in its natural function of the removal of bacteria, metabolic waste, excess water and toxins.
As the lymphatic system is just under the skin, the technique used is very light compared to other forms of body massage, heavy pressure would make the lymph vessels collapse and become ineffective.
Help with stress, anxiety or tension. The rhythmical strokes used during the treatment stimulates our parasympathetic nervous system, reducing our cortisol levels, lowering heart rate creating calmness.
